Limited 1 Year Warranty

GardenFurnitureStore.com warrants to the original owner that their products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for the period of 1 year under normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear. If you experience a problem with any GardenFurnitureStore.com product, please call us.

Damaged Shipments: It is the customer’s responsibility to note any damage or shortages found on the carrier’s "Bill of Lading" or delivery receipt. Responsibility for safe delivery of goods is assumed by the carrier. Failure to adequately note on the Bill Of Lading any external evidence of damage or loss may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.

Claims: All claims which are the result of loss or shortage must be made within three days after receipt of goods. If you find concealed damage, which is not apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked, a written request for inspection to the carrier must be made within 7 days of delivery. A claim must then be filed with the carrier since such damage is the carrier’s responsibility. 

Returns: Returns are not accepted without our prior authorization. GardenFurnitureStore.com will issue to the customer a Return Authorization number which must be clearly written on the return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all freight charges except in the case of defective merchandise in which case GardenFurnitureStore.com will pay ALL freight charges on defective merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly repackage the merchandise to ensure its safe return in "new" condition.

Assembly: All of our furniture is sub-assembled at the factory and shipped in carefully packed cartons.  All of the fittings, dowels, screws, etc., are packaged and simple instructions are included to make assembly easy and enjoyable in a minimum amount of time.

Delivery: We maintain an extensive inventory which allows us to ship from our warehouses usually within 2-4 business days. Most of our products are shipped via DHL, United Parcel Service or Common Carrier.  For orders outside of the continental United States, please call for shipping rates.
